The ProviderVault application itself processes protected health information ("PHI") under separate terms governed by Business Associate Agreements ("BAAs") and the product Terms of Service. The ProviderVault product itself is built on a HIPAA-aligned architecture with AES-256 encryption at rest, immutable audit logging, and multi-tenant isolation. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure. While we work to protect your information, we cannot guarantee absolute security.

6. Your Privacy Rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the following rights regarding your personal information:

• Correction — request that we correct inaccurate or incomplete information
• Deletion — request that we delete personal information we hold about you
• Opt out of marketing — unsubscribe from marketing communications using the link provided in each email, or by contacting us directly
• Opt out of advertising tracking — adjust cookie settings in your browser, or use industry opt-out tools such as the Network Advertising Initiative opt-out and the Digital Advertising Alliance opt-out

California residents

If you are a California resident, the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) and California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA) provide additional rights, including the right to know what categories of personal information we collect and the purposes for which we use it, the right to delete personal information, and the right to opt out of the "sale" or "sharing" of personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. 7. Children's Privacy

Our website and services are intended for healthcare professionals and business users. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16. If you believe we have inadvertently collected information from a child, please contact us and we will delete it.

ProviderVault is operated from the United States, and any information we collect will be processed in the United States. If you access our website from outside the United States, you understand that your information will be transferred to and processed in the United States, which may have different privacy laws than your country of residence.

We retain personal information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this policy, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. Inactive leads are generally retained for up to 36 months before deletion or anonymization.
